We never compete with our partners — structurally
Every major BMS distributor in the UK and EU started as a system integrator. Their installation arm competes with the same partners who buy from their distribution arm. INNON has never installed a system and never will. You can spec our products into any project knowing we won't be bidding across the table.
Full price transparency — always
Every pricelist shows all four tier prices side by side. You see what Registered pays and what Strategic pays. The old VIP programme was hidden — large companies never applied because they didn't know it existed. We fixed that permanently. The gap is the incentive.
Support scope is identical at every tier
Pre-sales consultation, fault validation, guided fault-finding, and RMA support — same scope for every partner regardless of spend. What scales with tier is the proactive investment we make in building your team's capability. We don't ration fault-finding by annual spend.
No surprises on tier changes
Tiers are reviewed on 1 January each year. Quarterly pace checks flag if you're tracking below threshold — early, not at year end. If a change is coming, we tell you before it happens, not after. We frame this as a partner service, not a sanction.
